Targeted Barclays Switch Offer £75 + £75 - April 2025

Same story here. I got the email telling me about how to earn the next £75 after earning the first £75, but I never received the first £75. Guess I should phone them.

Did you end up receiving it?

I contacted them a few days ago and they brushed me off saying it was working days before I'd get the bonus which technically hasn't passed yet since I did my switch a bit later.

No, still no £75 yet. Have posted off a complaint as I can’t face explaining it all again over the phone.

Yeah I get that, I would have rathered doing it on messages instead of having to find time out to deal with a long phone call + holds, but it's been down the entire month due to improvements. I'd be tempted to do the same.

Just like others had this targeted offer, did a switch, got the congrats note for earning the £75 (though no £75 to be seen) and been waiting for the penny to drop ever since.  Thought to make a complaint but the in-app messaging is broken and couldn't be bothered to call.

Well FWIW as an interesting development the penny did drop, in the shape of a £150 payout with a note saying the initial offer was made in error but the money was still being offered as a goodwill gesture.  Way to go Barclays...

Yeah it seems like they sent the offer out to people it shouldn't have lol. I got a bit extra ontop due to a complaint I submitted over it. 

Silly situation but at least it had an happy outcome.
