cup enforcement final demand

i have been away for a month and have come back to a final demand from cup. can i still appeal it?  the car was parked on a public pavement at the end of a private entrance to some flats.

Yawn... not again... are the BPA actually proud of this illegal surveillance?



Yet another example of covert CCTV placed on a far away building, secretly trained on a whole area including right across a public road and into the shops or offices opposite.

That's illegal. Breach of the DPA. We need people to start complaining to the ICO about these excessive, hidden CCTV traps.

Not only that, the end of that unmarked road is neither marked nor prominently signed as a 'no parking area' and the car doesn't even seem to be on private land.

Start by lodging a COMPLAINT to CUP about illegal surveillance (not an appeal). Point out what I said above and tell them you will report them to the Information Commissioner.
