Apologies that was a typo on my behalf. All this legal stuff is very daunting for me.0 -
Just to say that when I sent the witness statement I posted it to the court and emailed it to the claimants solicitor. They then sent their statement to the court and me a few days late so I then did an additional bit, pointing out all their errors, which I sent and with an explanation, this was accepted by the judge. So if theirs comes later you still have a chance to point out all their witness statement mistakes.4

When you asked about finding a court email, you look on their website for email details, or you phone them and find out
To be clear, includes for other victims that read your case, the defendant you are expected to liaise with the justice system, including the court that you nominated, so proactive as well as reactive , so finding out the correct email address and page limits for WS documents etc
Hard copies weren't required, but no problem in using paper, hard copies used to be used a lot, but e documents are the main current methods, so as its done it's hope for an N279 NoD document to arrive, or prepare for the end game3 -

As and when @HairyBiker53.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
