    Send it to DCB Legal.

Nothing to stop them making a claim whatever Texaco says, and you will have ammo for attempting to claim costs.

Hi All - Thanks again for the advise and forum support. B)

Pleased to confirm MFG Texaco Traffic (Petrol Station) has arranged with Euro Car Parks to drop the charges. It took two years of letters/emails, but eventually (now) they (MFG) have decided to respond in a better manner and saying they can cancel it, through Euro Car Park.

    Email response below if interested:

Thank you for contacting Motor Fuel Group.

First and foremost, we apologise for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Our goal is to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our customers while ensuring that our on-site parking facilities are reserved exclusively for patrons. Whilst we do have clear signs in place that indicate the time limit, we understand that situations can be unpredictable and sometimes our customers may need more time than initially planned. We are committed to making this process as hassle-free as possible.

Upon reviewing your case we would like to resolve this matter in a fair and equitable manner and have therefore arranged with Euro Car Parks to rescind your parking ticket.

Due to ANPR, tickets are automatically generated by the system as this uses the number plate entering and leaving the station. For your information, we have signage at the station advising customers of the time frame and limitations in place. Therefore, if you feel your visit will be longer than the time specified, please advise a member of staff who will be able to mark your vehicle as exempt for that visit.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us and we hope you continue to use our brand in the future.

Overall at least Motor Fuel apologize, I have no feelings for debt collectors (they doing what they appointed for), but Euro Car Park I cannot stand. I will never use a car park managed by them again, they are ridiculous. I hope they will loose many more rejections to pay. Also i hope there Clients appoint new car park firms to manage them.

Yep the OP must forward that email to DCB Legal quoting their ref from the LBC because the evidence suggests DCB Legal run these bulk court claim cases without reference to ECP.

And there is a MASSIVE issue with the DRAs in this sector and here's your chance to help change the law. We need you:

PLEASE bookmark this thread below and do the government's Public Consultation if you haven't done it yet. Their proposals are wrong. We must stop them.

    See this thread: -

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6617396/parking-code-of-practice-consultation-8-weeks-from-11th-july-2025/p1

We need every poster to come back & complete this vital Consultation before the deadline! Just 2 weeks left but please don't rush it. You can do some then save it and come back to it as you have time.

We understand that you may need some pointers. It looks laborious, we get that.

So to try to help, I've written some guidance on that thread.

Any questions on the Consultation please ask - on the dedicated thread - but I've covered up to question 20 already in that first post, openly telling everyone what I'm going to put and/or what sort of evidence you might wish to use for your response, if you agree with what we'll be saying from our experience.

Whilst your answers must of course be your own, there are vital points to safeguard motorists interests to make, that many people may not think of without our guidance because we see cases every day and we know the legal background.

However, people like you have lived & breathed the intimidation, greed and unfairness first hand so your voice is needed!

Thanks both. I responded to Motor Fuel Group cancellation email, and cc'd in the contact from DCB legal (with letter attachment), asking for the Euro Car Parks Limited v ME - to be canceled. Lets hope.

I have some time tomorrow, and i will get started on the Gov Public Consultation, and review above/other thread.
