They'll fend off the HMRC action by doing the minimum necessary. Someone else will then go unpaid. It all just shows the cashflow issues are not being resolved and they are just playing a game of whack-a-mole. Almost certain Ofgem will be confirming the Provisional Order in the next few weeks.Trading while technically insolvent is unlawful I believe, but an unscrupulous firm can limp along for quite a while in that state.3 -
