I asked for mines a fortnight ago and still nothing.  They had better get their cheque book out and pay me.  It can't be that hard to find it, hidden under all the FINAL DEMAND letters on their desk!

Nothing happens that quickly. They'll fend off the HMRC action by doing the minimum necessary. Someone else will then go unpaid. It all just shows the cashflow issues are not being resolved and they are just playing a game of whack-a-mole. Almost certain Ofgem will be confirming the Provisional Order in the next few weeks.

Trading while technically insolvent is unlawful I believe, but an unscrupulous firm can limp along for quite a while in that state.

It depends a company can trade when insolvent if there is hope company can be saved or at least it's not making it worse.
