Letter received today from DeeCeeBee stating..

1.Having reviewed defence we will be proceeding with claim.
2.Court will direct both parties to file directions questionaire.
3. Without prejudice in order to assist the court, he client may be prepared to settle this case within 7 days. 

Normal I assume? 

Yes I amended my defence, in accordance with directives here.

Just lost my Defence Pack Password and have emailed - contactocmc@justice.gov.uk in order to ask for assistance. 

I have mislaid my defence pack. I assume there is nothing else I can do. 

That emails is not operational.

Keep following the 8 steps because you are really waiting for a postal N180 DQ document to arrive from the CNBC by post 

After that it will be an email and text from the Mediation service

You lot are legends... yes I did... very smart... scary smart. No I think I must have deleted it. 
I called them and now have the form and email to send by email which is DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk 
They tell me that defence password is only valid for one use unusually.
