Depends, how much can you buy them elsewhere -v- how much Wowcher are charging?

Have you checked the facilities in the relevant lounges to decide if they represent value for money to you?

For me it wouldnt be worth it but then I have Priority Pass so can already get into the lounges

Read the Wowcher deals carefully, virtually all of their lounge deals are merely a plan to join a club where you can get some lounges slightly cheaper if they aren't full. Quite a lot of airports already offer that if you join their free sites, I use 'My Gatwick' (as that's my most used airport) and get money off lounges through that.

Also bear in mind at Malaga airport the lounge may NOT be past the non-Schengen passport check, heard stories of awful queues to get to those gates. You may not actually be at the airport long enough to actually get the use out the lounge bearing this in mind, depending when your airline allows you to check bags in from.

The lounge at Malaga is really not that worth the effort.  Plus, check-in / bag drop usually only opens two hours (and not before) flight departure time, then you pass through security and have to keep in mind the length of the queue at the passport control so any time spent sitting in the lounge is not relaxing and risks missing the flight.  I have been there and done that, so even with free lounge access I no longer consider it at Malaga.

The only good thing about the Malaga lounge (and as far as I know there is only one) is that it is big but the food and drink choice is average at best. Even if you paid for entry it won't be a "day pass" but limited to a couple of hours and then you have to get through passport control to the gate.

I'll second that - based on 11th May 2024 queuing experience at Malaga......better recently but still a possible drama depending on how busy the volume of departing passengers.
Not sure if the lounge is before or after the passport control lanes - however I wouldn't hang around after security, or investigate duty free before passport control - there is basic products DF after that, airside.

The lounge in Malaga ("Salon VIP") is immediately to your right (upstairs) after you come out of the maze of the duty free area and is a decent walk from the Schengen gates.

The lounge at Malaga is before the passport control.
There is very little past the passport control.

Thanks both for the AGP lounge location - best avoided I suggest.

It isn't only Malaga... I had such a disappointment when flying out of Krakow with a friend. We went through passport control, and then discovered that the lounge was in the Schengen area, so we could not use it. My unused lounge passes expired soon afterwards.
