Last round points added to account
Yes it's been a very productive year points wise!
  • Well the latest round has one week to go. Not a huge points winner but will probably get around 1800 points which will be enough to finish paying for an Easter break to Krakow.

Total cost including airport parking, luggage, seats, private transfer and hotel on a b&b basis £850.

    Voucher from holiday company £290.
Clubcard voucher for booking holiday. £200.
Clubcard challenges and regular clubcard vouchers. £360.

  • Well this round has just finished (2210 points gained).

A new round starts on Jan 12th until Feb 22nd.

@molerat same here. I contacted Tesco customer service about being added to this round so let’s see if that moves the needle. Fingers crossed for us.

I don't think, unless I've always missed them, that I've ever been invited to join the Clubcard challenges, I've just spotted that they are an icon on the clubcard section of the Tesco app. Unfortunately I missed the start date of the latest one, so my first week's shopping which would have qualified missed out. I signed up for the December one, but got nothing from it as the targets were either inappropriate, or too big.

Sometimes I look at the targets and think the same.

But I then think of I look at the switch costs of say my normal products and the possible benefits of the extra points it's worth it.

Eg, on one of the challenges last year you got a huge amount of points on Tesco finest. I can't remember the exact figures but I think I got 1560 points but had to spend £60. On the face of it, not worth it. Yet it was only £10 more v the products I normally buy.

As I convert all my vouchers to holiday vouchers or cinema vouchers my £10 extra spend created an extra £31.40 in vouchers.
