so an IPC AOS member. not the parking company we normally expect when people write TPS ( so a different trade body )  , this is the danger in using Initials without a clarification in the title and in the initial post

but the Code Of Practice is the same for both trade bodies, and so be it 22 mins over or 26 mins over, they will state that its Insufficient payment, which you confirmed earlier in a previous reply

the ticket would never start at the entry time, the ticket starts when the payment is made, but the signs may say that full payment is required from the entry time to the exit time ( and the CoP will state a minimum of 10 minutes grace to leave the parking space and exit the property )

So I am stating what their argument is, the parking company and the IAS are likely to say that the PCN was correctly issued, so no cancellation

in which case only a judge could decide the outcome, if it actually got to a hearing in civil court within the next 6 years

Please show us both sides of the PCN with your data redacted but all dates showing.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Which option should I choose? (I was not aware that I had incurred a charge?)
and raise as the vehicles keeper?

    'Other'. If that choice exists.

And you already know from the NEWBIES thread that (if you really want to bung in a futile appeal), do the appeal as keeper , especially in a non-POFA case.

The appeal won't work by the way. Please don't post their reply or ask about the IAS (this is explained in the third post of the NEWBIES thread).

Personally, I'd totally ignore them, as explained in the fourth post of the NEWBIES thread, and only contact them if you move house. Come back if ever they try a court claim. That is all. Very easy.

Thanks for the feed back, there is no other option, just the ones highlighted above.
Totally ignore them after the appeal or totally ignore and don't appeal?

    Evening all,

I have received a claim from BW legal, I did my AOS and now I am completing my defence.

I am using the template on the thread but for paragraph 3 I am struggling what to admit.

My daughter had a toilet accident which I was late back to the car and I had to get home as soon as possible.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
