Court date received for mid March . After reading up here it seems I may now be able to use the Mazur argument as initial claim was made by S E . Should I bring this up with DCBLegal or wait till court0
-
Have you submitted your Witness Statement yet? If not, you need to add Mazur to it and that will go to DCB Legal and the court. Recent examples where posters have used Mazur are @mtrolley123 and @maxim0242

Don’t have to send to court till February next year just wondered if it was worth contacting dcbl before with it to avoid going any further0
-
Nope, do not contact anyone, follow the process
And, you are dealing with DCB LEGAL, not DCBL, important difference , they are NOT the same
DCB LEGAL are acting on behalf of the claimant client, Parkmaven, so are likely to discontinue before the hearing fee deadline date ( stop looking for shortcuts. )1 -
Yes meant dcb legal. Thank you. Will see what new year brings1
