Europcar Car Hire Privilege discounts online not honoured .

Europcar has changed their loyalty scheme this year in April. It is now called "Privilege for You" . When booking online you will be offered a number of bonuses that you can choose at checkout. In my case I was offered an £80 discount on the total cost of the car hire. The revised lower price was shown on screen but the full price was charged to my credit card without the discount offered.
It is very easy to miss that you are not being charged the price shown on screen as the credit card acceptance box is very small. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
