So I'm totally !!!!ed off with Cripsy Water. I bought an external hard drive months ago. Took me ages to recieve it and had to pick it up from my local Citylink. Actually no I didn't I went there, couldn't find it so after I finally got through to them & Crispy Water I got it sent to my work address.
Anyways it broke after a short time as I contacted Crispywater to get a RMA number, I got that and return the item end of Nov, STILL haven't heard anything. Phoning them is !!!!, no answer phone, not open evenings or weekends. I email but I've had replies (both with this & recieving the item) that state they have been emailing me so they must have been going into my junk box (funny that its the same email address as the email telling me that) even if it had I would still receive it. This is £89.99 I paid well actually my mum paid and I would like to hear something!

Good luck applying for jobs, you seem to be really motivated for getting rid of these debts. I dont know anything about payplan so this might be a dumb question, how is it that the actual balances are above the balances on payplan? your doing well with the cashback sites, i really need to make more use of them than i do at the min, i also need to get back to the daily clicks!

they have the balance at the beginning and take off the payments each month leaving a total remaining. This doesn't take into affect any interest or charges. Mine all went up a little at the beginning all but 2 have now stopped charges. So on their system my debt is going down with First National when actually it isn't. In a yrs time I will probably telling them again to increase FN to £907!!!

I just dont get why they keep adding interest and charges at this point. you are obviously making every effory to pay off these debts. Banks seem to be missing the point, they may think they are justified in adding all these charges but if people cant pay them then they will go bankrupt eventually and the bank will get nothing! at least if they froze the accounts they would get back at least what people borrowed eventually.

what is - CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY LTD? I have an unrecorded enquiry on my credit report on 2nd Jan.

Payplan have updated my budget but changed First National to £907 so I'm not paying more to them for nothing.

I have 4.3 yrs left. Not including the OD, DCA & First National
