Second ISA transfer to Santander

Just asking if anybody has sent a second ISA transfer to Santander have you received the gift card email?

Yes. I opened 2 new FRISAs (12 & 18 months) near end of April. Xferrred in 2 x VM ISAs, both over £10k & received 2 x £50 gift tokens.

So it was for 2 different terms 
I went for 1yr x2

I made the mistake of transferring a second transfer into the same new account and did not receive a second offer of a gift card. I should have opened another ISA and done it that way.

I've never tried to transfer-in two ISAs into a single Santander ISA in the past myself, but I don't remember there being a restriction in the eVoucher offer T&Cs on the number of transfers you can make into one Santander ISA - are you sure it wasn't rejected for a different reason ? Was the second transfer definitely a full (not partial) transfer for £10k+ ?

Did you receive notification from Santander that they had received your application to transfer an ISA to them ?, I applied via a postal application to transfer my T212 ISA into a newly opened Santander ISA 13 days ago and I haven't heard from either company so far. The window for the bonus voucher ends tomorrow.

I had a nightmare with Santander doing exactly the same as you, postal transfer from T212.

After lots of calls made to Santander where they kept saying the forms had not been received I ended up opening another FT ISA with them (whilst it was still 4.25%) and then going into branch for them to scan and email the forms to the transfer team. My ISA was transferred to them 11 days after that (following a complaint).

I would ring them to confirm they have received it, but this is easier said than done!

Thanks for confirming, why are some of these ISA company's so lax. Im not going to bother chasing them for the sake of a voucher,and after the poor service I'm not sure I want to transfer a lot of money to them either.

It wasn't so much about the voucher, more about the funding window T&Cs which I was concerned about. The original postal forms were never received apparently.......
