Tesco mobile trying to take out contract

Trying to take out a new phone contract with Tesco (currently with o2 but the Tesco deal is a lot better as I have a colleague code )

anyhow I get to the part where it asks for card details so I can make payment this error message just appears? Tried two different cards and there is sufficient funds.
been trying the last couple of days. 

I received this automated email today and I am even more confused, I never received anything to e sign!

help 

(trying to talk to someone on live chat hover the function doesn’t work, I may just go into store at this rate)

    One of the USPs that Tesco Mobile has over most (all?) other MVNOs is that they have actual physical locations in Tesco stores where you can talk to an actual human.

    I'd make the most of it. Are there any restrictions on Tesco Colleagues accessing these?
