Saffron BS Cash ISA fixed 2 years

I recently opened a Cash ISA @ Saffron BS, It was the one listed in the best 2 year fixed and was sure you could transfer in other ISA's. Can anyone confirm if they also saw the Online and Transfer in option?

The rates currently available don’t look like best buys, so it might be that the transfer option has disappeared as the account is now NLA.
The 2 Year ISA currently available says that transfers are available but that a transfer authority form must be completed on the day of funding the account.1 -

I did not know the transfer was a form as I spent 3 weeks on getting the account in place.
