external conservatory door - new door or new hinges?

Options
Hi - please could someone give me advice on this?
(photos below)

We have a (old ish?) conservatory - the back faces south, and the side with the door faces west

When it's hot, the door is a bit difficult to close, and really difficult to lock.  We thought we could just have the hinges replaced - you can see that the vertical bits on the right hand side aren't totally vertical anymore (really pronounced on the top one)

We sent some pictures to someone to come & do this - they said the only solution is a whole new door at approximately £950

What's the best MSE thing to do please?
TIA

These hinges are adjustable - you can adjust the door in all directions.
If faulty, one or all three can be replaced.

is replacing them an easy ish job for two complete amateurs? and what tools would be needed please?
(I'm fairly certain they'll need replacing - they look so warped)

Right now, it closes & locks easily (it's been raining for ages & is probably <15c) but when it's been hot (>20c) I can't actually lock it (I have to get my husband to do it!)

thanks for all the help everyone

so is replacing the hinges a relatively simple thing to do, by 2 very unskilled people? do we need any specialist tools?  or would you recommend getting someone (double glazing repair person?) to do it?
