Just start the mutually withdraw feedback process. OP will receive an email, as long as they except the feedback will be withdrawn and a reason can be given as well. Problem resolved.

    Seller left me this message-
hi please please exept my appologies this is a mistake on my behave as it seems i have mixed you up with somebody i purchased ** back in oct but never recieved it message was supposed to go to them awfully sorry
Nothing mentioned about my request to mutally have feedback removed or for seller to inform ebay of wrong feedback left for wrong member??i have requested a solution again,if seller is or cant be bothered to have this feedback removed would it be ok for me to use my oh dormant account and buy one of her items and neg her??i know its against ebay rules but hey its not my account im using+seller would get a taste of her own medicene.

I'm susprised you have to ask.

Even if this is thought to be a good idea it could have dreadful consequences on you. If the seller decided to report you for malicious bidding your 'dormant' account runs the risk of being suspended. Once that one is suspended you won't of course be able to use any other account on ebay without running the very real risk of those being discovered and suspended for good.

It is much better to try and resolve this as doodledo suggests.

Ive started the mutual feedback removal process, but arnt very hopeful of seller doing her side of things, she as contacted me apologising about this situation but as not mentioned anything to have feedback removed(i have asked her )if she dosent co-operate with ebay/me is their nothing extra i can do??as this is unfair and ebay should give members in my situation a helping hand.

This is EXACTLY what happened to me too... so I know how hacked off you feel!

Unfortately, I couldn't get any response from the seller / eBay at all, so had to just grin a bear it... I put a note on the feedback saying "This was left by mistake", but it's still the only impurity on an otherwise perfect record :-(

I understand that, even if you do manage to agree a withdrawal, it still leaves a scar..?

..If it is really bothering you you could buy another item and leave a negative then ask for mutual withdrawl of both lots of feedback.

That is almost guaranteed to make matters far worse.

In the meantime, just proceed to raise the mutual withdrawl thing.
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

No No No, but there is something you can do. In reality the leaver of the negative feedback has left a defamatory statement. If the statement is untrue and can be viewed openly then it is an illegal act, and as such you are quite within your right to take them to court. Start by threatening court action unless they either retract the statement or give you compensation for future antiscipated losses as a direct result of their statement.see http://www.thompsons.law.co.uk/ltext/defamation.htm Or am I going right over the top - at least this way you are playing by the rule book.

Maybe you could send the seller the link for mutual withdrawl - maybe just to push her in the right direction!
