Negative Left For Wrong Member?

Just checked my feedback and have being negged by a seller which reads "never recived item refund promised but never given"
Now i was the buyer not the seller,this feedback relates to someone seller has purchased from not sold to.i left the seller positive feedback as it was a great sale,the feedback must have been left by mistake.i contacted seller but no reply,if seller continues to ignore this matter what is the best course of action to take next?

Thanks, have contacted ebay but looking at feedback removal page it looks as though the person who left the feedback needs to contact ebay,ive had no reply yet from ebay.

Yes left feedback,surely i should not have to put up with this feedback on my acc,i have left a reply to this feedback,i contacted seller twice now but no reply,ive also contacted ebay but again no reply,is there anything that can be done??

The only way is if the seller agrees to mutual withdrawl of feedback but its unlikely they will be bothered if you have already left them a pos. If it is really bothering you you could buy another item and leave a negative then ask for mutual withdrawl of both lots of feedback.

I think bidding with the intention of leaving neg feedback is against the rules

hi please please exept my appologies this is a mistake on my behave as it seems i have mixed you up with somebody i purchased ** back in oct but never recieved it message was supposed to go to them awfully sorry
Nothing mentioned about my request to mutally have feedback removed or for seller to inform ebay of wrong feedback left for wrong member??i have requested a solution again,if seller is or cant be bothered to have this feedback removed would it be ok for me to use my oh dormant account and buy one of her items and neg her??i know its against ebay rules but hey its not my account im using+seller would get a taste of her own medicene.

Err No!!!!!!!!!!

Ask politely for them to go through a mutual withdrawal.
Bidding to leave a neg IS AGAINST EBAY RULES
