can anyone recommend cookware saucepans frying panels that are absolutely safe to use on a glass ceramic hob.

I did buy a saucepan from Tesco last month and I moved it slightly  across the glass and it scratched all the glass despite the label stating it was anti scratch suitable for all Hobbs and stoves including glassm

I've since bought a new hob and I don't want to damage this one.

Before the tesco oan, i did own a pan that was fine and you could just slide across the glass without scratching the glass but I threw it away because the handle broke hence the  the new pan from Tesco.

P.s.
I'm looking for the actual name of the product and the seller thanks

If you want cheap then I have a set of saucepans and a couple of frying pans from IKEA that work just fine.

I've had my induction hob since November and no scratches. However, the hob instructions do tell you to lift pans not slide them.

No saucepan can scratch ceramic hob except a ceramic or, possibly, a glass pan. Usually it's some small abrasive particles (e.g.tiny grains of sand) on the hob or stack to a saucepan that scratch the surface. It's physics - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hardness .
For a ceramic hob flatness of the pan bottom is most important.

Wipe the bottom of the pan before you put it on the hob. All metal pans have smooth undersides and will only scratch if there's a bit of something like sand or grit stuck to the bottom

Any chance you can post a photo or the actual model?
I'll be happy to stand corrected, but I don't think that such labels exist in sense how you interpret this.
"Anti scratch" most likely means scratch-resistant inner surface/coating.
"Suitable for all hobs" means compatible with induction hobs.

Assuming you want budget pans then:

I'd suggest getting stainless steel rather than aluminium so if you ever upgrade from ceramic to induction you won't need a new set of pans.

Well, "A ceramic radiation heating cooktop has a surface made of low-expansion thermal glass-ceramic...."
