Could you let us know what use you intend for this PC --> TV connection.

Might make a difference if it's for, say, gaming rather than just as a big monitor or for watching Netflix.

Just buy a Displayport to HDMI cable.

I use DP to HDMI cables from Dell Pcs to a Samsung monitor.

Avoid the ones which aren't 4k and/or only support 30Hz

If you really want an HDMI port on your desktop and you can consider buying a HDMI  card and install it in a spare slot
