Popped over to my local branch of Principality on Weds to fill out a transfer form from RBS to Principality. I got up this morning, and all the funds have been moved over and in the account.

I've had good service from Principality too. Recently I contacted them via direct message to sort out an internal transfer between ISAs, and it was dealt with within a couple of hours. And earlier this year I had to phone them when I stupidly locked myself out of online banking, and spoke to a lovely member of staff who sorted everything out.
Positive experience all round from Principality - I'd highly recommend them.2 -
I went into their local branch to transfer an existing ISA across to them and it was instant. I would recommend them too.2
