Cancelled Festival - No Refund

I should also add that she had also paid for other day festivals in Lichfiled that this company were supposed to be organising, but when the council knew of the issues with the Yorkshire dales food and drink festival they cancelled them.

Sadly you have exhausted all options.
Who did she pay for the event? See below, as may give a bit of hope if it was Creative, if it was events then. Pointless taking it to court as they have no funds. So no point wasting further money.

Yorkshire dales food and drink festival was cancelled as they did not have the required licences.

But Cocker Hoop events Ltd were disolved on 09-09-25
