    You can send a complaint to Excel's DPO (see their privacy page) telling them to erase your data under the circumstances and confirm by return that the PCN will not be pursued with you because you are not the correct data subject.
    I sent a formal right to erasure request as well as confirmation of PCN withdrawal to Excel on 27 May, but I’ve had no reply.

    Separately, I asked DCB to confirm the outcome in writing, and again, no acknowledgment they’d do this. It’s laughable really, considering both firms have harassed me relentlessly for the past four months with phone calls and letters but now go silent! 

    I'm unsure about the next step—should I accept DCB’s NFA email and leave it at that, or should I pursue the matter further to get what I've requested?
