The NEWBIES thread already tells everyone that even people who lose at hearings pay less than the claim (as long as they turn up).

£212 - IN TOTAL - is about the sum ordered in cases lost so the court fees aren't much higher than the £100 PCN.

This case will NEVER go near court claim form stage, let alone a hearing before a judge.
It would really not make sense for them to take me court seeing as they refused liability and didn't follow pofa 2012 and ipc code of conduct and other breaches by carrying on harassing me for drivers documents ! If it goes to debt collectors I know i should ignore right but who would be the ones taking me to court if they were silly enough to would it be debt company or park direct uk ?

Only the PPC (via their solicitors). But you're starting to massively overthink this. It's going nowhere near a court hearing!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Neither.

Park Direct have no legal team.

Debt crawlers have no legal teams.

If you got a claim it would be from a legal firm as seen in all the threads near yours on page one.

You could read some but you really don't need to! Just update them if you move house.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You could try, like I did, the search facility but change "Best Match" to "Newest" and use "Park Direct" to avoid getting all sorts of weird matches.

It's only 3 weeks ago since they were told to ignore the debt collector letters, and only come back if they receive a court claim. They haven't come back, and as things don't happen as quickly as 3 weeks, then likely nothing has happened.
