Don't forget the "repeat offenders" and hirer's details databases which are being used to try and circumvent POFA. It is no wonder that some motorists are using service addresses to avoid receiving speculative invoices.

For example https://registeredkeeper.co.uk/ offers to shred all parking tickets for £50 per month.

(This is not an endorsement and I doubt their claim that this service is 100% DVLA compliant)

That just isn't right sorry, someone is going to come a cropper here and rightly so, the majority of PPC's don't fight fair, but this is not the answer!

I agree, these schemes are not the answer. I have seen others charging less but what happens when the company closes down unexpectedly? How do you transfer the V5C back? How long before a PPC issues a Norwich Pharmacal order to obtain the details of the vehicle owners?

Given the OP was happy to identify the driver, surely all this back and forth could have been avoided if the driver just submitted an appeal themself from the outset 🤷🏼‍♂️
Yep and how does he/she do this without a NtD in his/her own name? This thread was an entertaining read, whilst I had my lunchtime butty!

So do you think I have a good chance winning at court if they try make a claim seeing as they have not cancelled pcn and have refused to transfer liability and refused me of my rights as a RK

Yes, you have an excellent chance at court.

I think the general consensus is yes, you do and the claimant would be foolish to continue..

That's why I said they'd be mad to try court.
