transferring cash isa's to another provider

Hello.
I have a couple of old cash isa's that are, will soon be paying just above 1%. These have no restrictions as the fixed period is over
Looking on this site, you can get around 4% in a cash isa - I am investigating fixed rates for one year
Am I correct that I just need to contact the new provider and they will send me some transfer forms and in order not to lose my cash is a status for the isa's I am talking about, the new bank then takes my money once I have given them my details?

The new provider will contact the old provider to arrange the transfer and complete within 15 working days,Also a place to compare rates is

Most ISA transfers can be requested online, on the website or through the app of the new provider. You don’t need to wait for forms to be sent to you.1

Thank you all.
It took me a while but I had to phone through. The bank/saving organisation I chose would not
allow me to speak to a human as it kept on asking for "account details, DoB, Address etc etc" and as I was not a customer the automated system did not allow this. However, I stayed mostly quite and eventually got through to a human.
The above bank staff member was very helpful. The website confused me as I wanted to transfer two 20k previous years cash isa's plus two for my oh. So instead of getting about 1.5%, we will now be getting a lot more monthly on the amounts I transferred - it is a fixed rated and has UK savings protection and this bank is not affiliated to the other savings institutions we were already using.1
