ParkingEye Claim Forms - Clarity on response

Hi guys. In follow-up to the above, I've just received a copy of ParkingEye's Directions Questionnaire (N180) from ParkingEye's Enforcement Team - which they've submitted to the court.

Again, just wanted to check this was normal procedure? Can't see any further update on MCOL. The last update was confirming receipt of my defence at the start of June..

No court is involved yet,  just the CNBC in Northampton 

The CNBC will update MCOL eventually,  then the claim history will show you when yours has been posted, so keep following the 12 steps 

Eventually,  everything will go to the actual court that you nominate
