Seeking advice - PCN matter going to court

If the claimant filed both documents with the court, but didn’t provide me with a copy, do you know what happens?

I would suggest that you would complain about it to the judge,  because orders are orders,  not optional,  so a complaint about unreasonable conduct and sanctions,  or costs etc

If a judge issues an official court order,  the claimant cant choose to ignore it, without consequence

Email the judge now and say you received nothing and the deadline has passed.

DCBL did not comply with the court order and the judge struck out the claim.

Can I submit a claim for costs incurred during the process, any limits I need to be aware?

Also, could I write to the court for variation of the order or I need to submit form N244?

Nothing was mentioned about costs in this latest order, no order for costs in previous one.

You could email the court as per the two examples in the NEWBIES thread but it might be more hassle and the court might expect you to make an application & pay a stupid fee.
