Transferring Cash ISA from Zopa to Trading212

I opened a new Cash ISA on Trading 212 in April and requested that they transfer my previous Cash ISA from Zopa (which contains about 40K). It's been more than 3 weeks (including a couple of bank holidays to give them their due) and it still hasn't migrated across to T212. Is this normal or are T212 swamped with similar requests at the moment?

When I transferred into T212 last year I must admit it was quick, but it didn’t come from Zopa. Have you contacted T212 to confirm that they’ve sent the request?

Check with ZOPA if they have received the CISA reference. Also ask T212 if they have sent it.

I contacted Zopa using their online chat (not a great experience). Magically by coincidence when I provided the CISA to Zopa I then got an alert from T212 saying the funds had been transferred.

So in the end 20 working days plus a prod via online chat.

I opened a T212 ISA just before the end of the last tax year and tried to transfer my money from Zopa.  After a month of getting nowhere with both sides (both blaming the other) I gave up cancelled and tried to transfer to Monument (another disaster).

I think it just the huge number of transfer requests that have slowed the process down.  Not great if your trying to chase those bonus rates.
