Flexible ISA rules

May I please check that I understand the rules correctly. I have an Easy Access, but not flexible ISA with Moneybox. I also have a flexible ISA with Paragon. Am I right in thinking that I can transfer from Moneybox to Paragon, then withdraw funds, and then replace those funds by paying back into Paragon, without affecting ISA allowance?

Yes as long as you replace the funds in the same tax year that you take them out in0
