I can see a bit of a dip in London property as people get to work from home or more remote offices, but I think there's always going to be strong demand particularly for nice, convenient 1 bedroom places.
It being handy for the stadium could be a big deal. In fact it'd be perfect for a hospitality suite of some sort for visitors or as an airbnb.0 -
