Nationwide ISA not showing online

I have opened a Nationwide 1 Year Triple Access ISA on 19th May. I was already registered for online banking with Nationwide as I used to be a customer.
During the application process I asked for my Halifax ISA to be transferred over to Nationwide.

My question is: in your experience, how long does it take for the new ISA to show online? The app says up to three working days but the Nationwide customer rep I spoke to said it won’t show until the transfer has completed.

Can anyone confirm which is it? Thank you.

    The last three I have opened with Nationwide have all been new ISAs, they all took about a week to show online/in app, my understanding is transfers can take a bit longer, depending on exact date of processing. Yours has only been two working days, so it has not even hit the three day guideline, let alone the longer time for transfers.

    I don't think the Isa will show online until the transfer is complete that has been my experience anyway

    I think my transfer took about a week maybe ten days to show on the app..

    Last month I applied to Nationwide for an ISA transfer in.
    It took a full month before I could see my new account online.
    Every time I queried it, they just fobbed me off.
    Not impressed, at all.

    Much to my surprise, the account is now showing online and on the app! 😄
    The transfer has already completed and I can see the full amount in the new account.
    I must say I'm really impressed. An ISA transfer I had done previously from HSBC to Halifax took over two weeks!

    I had a similar experience when I called them yesterday.
    Their customer service reps don't seem to care at all... I'm not impressed either.
