Lebara - Website glitchy and Keeping old number porting in

I saw there are some excellent MSE Lebara deals and would be interested in switching networks to a rolling monthly SIM with Lebara. However, a friend (on Lebara) has noticed that the Lebara website is not working. It seems like you cannot actually log in to the Lebara website.
It looks like the Lebara app still works so one should be able to log in to an account and both activate a SIM plan as well as manage an account. It appears however that to keep your old number and port in with a PAC code, you do have to use the Lebara website by clicking on the "Keep my existing number" weblink at the bottom of their website.
Doing a test run via the "Keep your existing number"page with one of our friends' Lebara numbers (you have to enter your temporary Lebara number to get to a form) and even that webpage does not seem to through to the next step.
Has anyone else experienced this, or knows of a way to port in your number if one buys a new Lebara plan?
My concern would be that I can buy a Lebara SIM via the MSE comparison deal, but I cannot actually port my old number across which sort of defeats the purpose of the exercise to switch networks! I cannot see any option on the Lebara app to do a number transfer. Is their Live Chat service what you have to use then to complete this process and is that reliable?
I have used Lebara before in the past and used their webpage to activate and port in which worked fine back then.

I tried porting my number to Lebara and they completely messed it up. No phone calls/text messages for weeks. In the end I had to port back out to the originating owner of the number to fix it. I am still with Lebara for the cheap data, but I wouldn't trust them with my number again.0

I'm on one of their 90p a month for five month deals. The website seems to be working fine for me right now? I remember I could not do anything with the account until I had activated the sim card and had a number. I think I went to https://www.lebara.co.uk/en/portin to transfer my number and it took longer than I expected, around four or five days but then happened smoothly. So I may just be lucky but despite my fears it has been just fine so far.0

With regard to the log in issues, I occasionally have problems when I am told my my email address and/or password are incorrect, even although I am certain that's not the case. But I know now that this only happens with the Opera browser, so I go to Google Chrome or Edge instead and log in there without any issues. Could your problem be browser related ?1

Tried your suggestion logging in on Google Chrome and that appears to work! Not sure why this has suddenly happened as haven't had an issue before. But many thanks!
Hopefully that means the Port in shouldn't have any issues either.
Thanks!mnbvcxz said:I'm on one of their 90p a month for five month deals. The website seems to be working fine for me right now? Thanks. That's a great price. I think the current MSE deal is around £1. I've had no problems with porting in before. In this case, it was about the actual Account Log in page not working. It appears to have stopped working in some browsers. Seems to still work in Google Chrome.Peter999_2 said:I tried porting my number to Lebara and they completely messed it up.
