Just do Plan A and stop overthinking the complaint.

Be polite but angry about your family being threatened with court for your DD spending good money in-store. She was not even actually parked for more than 3 hours and there's a mandatory minimum 10 minute grace period in the industry. So, this appalling 'scam' PCN is tenuously based on the 'heinous crime' of your daughter taking 3 minutes to find a space to park at the start. Why is there no 5 or 10 minute consideration period allowed in arrival to get parked in this large site? This isn't good enough and must be cancelled & you have no faith in parking firms acting fairly so you are asking PROPERTY AGENT to step in and restore your family's confidence in using this site in future.

Thank you for the advice, I emailed earlier today two emails trying to find out who is best to direct my email complaint to, Abrdn Investment Mangement LTD mange the retail park on behalf of the owners ReAssure so have emailed both of them, once I get confirmation I will email Plan A and update, thanks again

Plan A worked! Had email saying they would cancel the PCN, so relieved, thanks for your help, did I read somewhere else to post the outcome in another thread?
