Do the two blanked boxes hold the photos of your vehicle? If so, can you 'unblank' them please (just cover your registration number)? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

It isn't suggesting a PCN was sent by post.Coupon-mad said:
They are saying there was a windscreen PCN issued 'to the vehicle' but I assume that's a lie and neither photo backs that up?
From the angles of the photos does it look like ANPR or CCTV up on a pole took the images, or a person on foot. Loitering?
(Glad you are set to do the Consultation!).Ninjabyte said:It was definitely ANPR, there was no windscreen PCN issued.
This letter was the first correspondence I received which suggested an earlier one was sent by post which I never received. Here's the NTK with dates shown.
It says a PCN was issued on 13th October 2024 which was the same day as the alleged contravention date, which is impossible if captured by ANPR because the DVLA data won't have been obtained the same day!
1. Email BW Legal again and state that the NTK is lying about an earlier PCN, so you require an image of the alleged first PCN that the NTK says was issued on 13/10/24. This is clearly an untruth as the images on the NTK are remote captures. And should they refuse to deal with this serious allegation properly and return the file to their client, you'll report BW Legal to the SRA for breach of professional standards.
2. Show us partial images, so we can see the angle of the photos please.
3. Email the DVLA to ask on what date in 2024 did this parking operator obtain your data?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

3. Email the DVLA to ask on what date in 2024 did this parking operator obtain your data?DVLA SUBJECT ACCESS REQUESTSYou should email the DVLA and ask which organisations (when and for what reason) accessed the registered keeper's data from them between a range of dates which includes the date(s) of the parking incident(s). You need to provide the registered keeper's full name and address, the address on the V5C logbook and the Vehicle Registration Mark of the vehicle involved in the parking incident.SubjectAccess.Requests@dvla.gov.ukThis service is free of charge.Even though you email your request, the DVLA will respond via Royal Mail. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
