Do they not inform you anywhere of your statutory 14 day right to cancel? (If they don't the cancellation period is extended by up to a year.)
If you are still within 14 days, why did they start to provide the service before the cancellation period expired? Did you ask for it to start before 14 days? Did they tell you that would affect your right to cancel?
Can you provide a link to the provider - or tell us enough to find them online - so we can look at their T&Cs?1
