thanksthe supply of accommodation, transport of goods, vehicle rental services, catering or services related to leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performancehttps://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2013/3134/regulation/28
When you say "can not continue", was the service provision started? If so, charges would apply:

the coach has stated he has to speak with his boss, who i had signed up with
and heard nothing back from 9 am this morning

Presumably, the OP's injury will heal and the OP will then wish to still focus on their fitness and nutrition.
If that is so, it may be more amenable for the service provider if the OP requests a pause and then to re-start once fit enough to do so.1 -
As above, the contract cancellation regulations may not apply if the contract is deemed to be "related to leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance", but the terms of the agreement you signed up to may come into play too (provided they don't attempt to curtail your statutory rights), what do they say about cancellation?darren1234567890 said:just wondering how i go about this, i understand there is a charge , but im not looking a full refund only what is fair

unfortunately the case is its not going to heal for quite a period, possibly needs surgery and will be unable to continue with any fitness hence the reason on cancelationGrumpy_chap said:Presumably, the OP's injury will heal and the OP will then wish to still focus on their fitness and nutrition.

Re "what do they say about cancellation", the 'they' was the terms of the contract, not the company!darren1234567890 said:

That's all it states regarding , noting about cancellation, or a cancellation policy
Thanks
