Shapermint returns

Hi All, I am currently trying to return unsuitable items to Shapermint but am being told I cannot receive a full refund and part of the return will be given in a gift card. I do not want a gift card and I have told them in not uncertain terms that I will not shop with them again. Also have copied and pasted the 14 day…

Thanks everyone for your advice. Having read your note screech_78 on the California governing law, I have gone ahead with the refund of all original items and will reorder one thing to spend the gift card. Hopefully that won't put me out of pocket.
Lesson learned!!
