Can I ask how you managed to get them to accept? I’m in a similar situation but the “store” doesn’t want to know. They just push me back to QDR0

I eventually emailed Sainsbury's customer services who got me through to the team responsible for the filling stations they agreed I can settle up. They couldn't take payment directly but notified BOSS (British Oil Security Syndicate) and I made payment over the phone without having to pay the admin feesdan_2490 said:Can I ask how you managed to get them to accept? I’ve got into the same situation, couldn’t find a contact email so completed an online form. They got back to be inviting me to resolve this in store, I’ve already received the “debt” letter so unsure if they will be much help.
The exact full process used for reaching settling would be very much appreciated.
