Please see below an extract of the letter I recently received from Debt Recovery Plus in relation to the PCN issued by MET Parking Services.

I can only see one image but LOL! It would be funny if it wasn't for the fact that day in, day out, duped people pay £170.
Look at them saying their only job is to extract the money and that they aren't in the business of debt 'resolution':
"we cannot contest the charge".
Funny that: this is the polar opposite of the story that the APAs spin to Government!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
