Just a qq pls - before submitting the defence on MCOL, is it a must that I add paragraph 3.1 to the Template Defence after the denial paragraph 3?

Its usually 10 paragraphs unless you need a extra 1 or 2, each paragraph requires is own number, so I wouldn't use a 3.1, I would renumber to 11 ( or 12. )

But yours is different because it's a NOTICE TO HIRER from MET Parking Services for a car you hired and the location is Stansted Airport.

Hirer liability is impossible. It was non-POFA. And the POC probably pleads they are holding you liable as registered keeper under POFA, which isn't just incorrect (you were never the registered keeper) it's a negligent attempt to mislead the court with the only excuse being that DCB Legal use generic POC. But that is improper and the signatory has signed it off as true.

So you need to copy a MET Stansted para 3. Specifically saying it's a non-POFA Airport location and the Notice to Hirer failed to comply with Schedule 4 paragraphs 13/14.

(Unless you appealed ages ago saying who was driving and ruined the above stance?).

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I had already sent my defence via MCOL before seeing your post. Hope this is still ok.

Could you please let me know what I need to do now that the defence has been submitted. Thanks.
