I can only see one image but LOL! It would be funny if it wasn't for the fact that day in, day out, duped people pay £170.

Look at them saying their only job is to extract the money and that they aren't in the business of debt 'resolution':

    "we cannot contest the charge".

Funny that: this is the polar opposite of the story that the APAs spin to Government!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Good evening. I have been ignoring the various letters Met parking Services has been sending me.

Please see below a copy of the latest letter I got concerning the parking charge notice.

Could you please advise me on what to do. Thanks.

Is it ok to send the letter below to the email address info@dcblegal.co.uk?

    Dear Sirs,

    Your ref: XXXXX

    Proposed legal proceedings

    Claimant: Met Parking services Ltd

I refer to your letter of claim.

I confirm that my address for service for the time being is as follows, and any older address must be erased from your records:

    XXXX

The alleged 'debt' is disputed and any court proceedings will be vigorously defended.

    Yours faithfully,

Yep, it won't stop the claim though.

But the claim is the 'end game' where they will discontinue by the end of the year!
