It's stamdard legal speak put on all such letters - It does not mean that they are actually considering further action.Translated it says "In our opinion if we should later decide to take action you can't use the fact that you have paid the money back as a defence".However that is only their opinion and if it does come to further action then you will no doubt have a different opinion.If it gets as far as appeal or even prosecution then it's the judges opinion that matters.0
