Trading212 to Monument ISA transfer issue

I requested the transfer on 24th April, the forms to sign on 9th May. The requested full amount has not yet been transferred over. What has been transferred over though is the interest between these times. I have the emails saying the money is on its way and portfolio transfer complete.

Has anyone else had similar issues?a

Not this specific issue no, but I’d recommend calling Monument through the app and speak to them.

Just received the dreaded email from Monument. Rate is being reduced to 4.25% from 29th May. Not sure if I should have used this year's allowance for T212 instead.  But I'm guessing they will drop theirs too.

T212 is already 4.10% (without the bonus) for new customers. The current bonus is 0.73% giving 4.83%.

I assume it's only a matter of time before the rate is cut for existing customers.

Yes, now I'm wondering if the rate for new customers minus the bonus - in this case 4.10% -  is the likely figure they will use when they cut it for us existing customers. I wish I could see into the future, sometimes.

Just got an email from Trading212 confirming the reduction to 4.10% from 26 May. No surprise.
