Common tactic is to cram as much text onto a sign as possible, even though most of it is completely unnecessary. Has the handy effect of creating less space for the core terms, even though they shout and point and claim it's all clear.3

Good afternoon everyone,
Its been a while, today we was in court in relation to this matter, the Claimant SIP Parking didn't show, (Claim Dismissed) which wasn't a surprise last week we submitted a Skeleton argument on the Claimant in relation to standing, during exchange of witness statements they served us their contract with the landowner and it turns out they don't have standing to bring a claim in their own name so I would suggest anyone who has a claim with SIP to check their contract.
