PPC, SIP Signs

Hi all
I am fighting a claim from, PPC SIP on behalf of my daughter, which is from 2022, I have read and read and have a good idea how to deal with these I have been sent a copy of the sign, on the sign there is no mention of who they are accredited/affiliated with, what I have read is that if they belong to an accredited association they have to state that and have to display it on their signs. if that is the case, does this mean the signs are inadequate and that they cannot conform/ or imply to forming a contract

Post a picture of the sign below
The NTK PCN letter will also have details
But
SIP are IPC AOS members, so will have an IPC logo and paperwork will mention the International Parking Community
https://portal.theipc.info/aos-members/s
Most signage are inadequate and wordy, but only a judge in court can decide if they can form the basis of a parking contract2 -
This is the sign they have sent me.0

many thanks for your reply, apparently the way I have saved the photo, the format is not allowed, but I have just checked and they are listed as being associated with both parking operators BPA and IPC. I'll try and find how to get the photo uploaded, but again thanks0 -
Perhaps change the picture into a jpeg ?
Most parking companies are members of the BPA, corporate members , including SIP
But SIP are members of the alternative IPC as well so are only listed on the IPC AOS members list
I suggest that you check the relevant IPC code of practice in force at the time of the incident1 -
Why not just screenshot it?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Jeez. What a word salad of random type sizes.
Why two speed cameras feature is a mystery to me.

Reminds me of one in a car park not far from me, taken before covid19 , no trade body logos and no trade body name either

Joke, innit? All those signs are a mess! Look at all the unnecessary small print crammed into a sign that should have half that information.Gr1pr said:Reminds me of one in a car park not far from me,

And in both cases, the terms and times of the several different 'rules' are so convoluted that it looks deliberately set up as a PCN generator.
For starters, how on earth are they expecting to pursue drivers for immediate 'no stopping' contraventions in hours of darkness in car parks with little or no lighting, incoherent complicated signs and no red lines?!
You can't fairly gave a 'no stopping' (immediate tickets) rule in a car park anyway, let alone at night and without double reds and 'repeater' clearway signs!
Even if you managed to read that dirge in under a minute, you'd have a PCN.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks all
After reading the codes of practice, although its advisable that PPC display which ATA they are associated with, by not doing so does not invalidate their code of conduct I know it was a long shot but never mind.
