Is there a website for the dongle's manufacturer/supplier to check?0

I would double check the instructions or any paperwork it came with. Some just provide a QR sticker somewhere, or it may be hidden on the dongle itself. If possible I would contact the seller as well, if it was a well known shop, or at the very least they might have a link to the manufacturers website.0

I don't have a way to scan it though0 -
Does the dongle not work? No need install any drivers if the generic ones work fine.
Otherwise, I'd personally be wary about installing any files provided directly by the seller, but if you're able to find out the manufacturer then I'd go directly to them for any driver updates.0 -

It shows in device manager under network adaptors other devices. When I click on update driver, search auto for drivers, it returns windows was unable to install 802.11 n wlanTimeLord1 said:Even I don't recall seeing that one or one similar, but it required a disc.
