Latest update is the the FCA has removed its previously amended timescale for publishing its report to now being within 6 weeks of the court case outcomes.

It is also proposed a section 404 redress scheme which would should allow firms to close the complaints received to date and instead the process transferred to the redress scheme. 

Redress schemes have often taken up to a decade to complete from beginning to end.
