I've been given 2 avocados and need some inspiration please.
I was going to mash them up and add them to some oats, sultanas and an egg (then stick the mixture on a tray and bake in the oven ---------> think flapjack).
Anyone else got a better idea (sweet or savoury)?

I love them on seeded bread with salt and pepper. Add thinly sliced tomatoes if you like. Also good in a salad with some chicken (or not if you're vegetarian). I never buy them as they tend to go off before I eat them, or when I really crave them they are not ripe enough. I have been known to eat a half straight out the skin. Or make a guacamole to go with chilli and/or salsa1

I really enjoyed this avocado cake! It amused me that it is green.

Guacamole. Smash together with diced tomato, lime juice, diced jalapeños and hot sauce (tbh I just substitue reggae reggae for the hot sauce). Serve on toast with poached egg.4

They make an excellent and simple chocolate mousse-like dessert.

Guacamole or on toast with Everything But The Bagel seasoning on the top. Maybe a poached egg. Some of those crispy fried onions?

Some really good suggestions - The chocolate avocado mousse is really appealing,
Crispy fried onions ----> Interesting, as ive got some lying around and have been struggling to use them up.
