Moorside Legal - Letter Before Claim - Missed deadline

Downhiller_2

Due to a recent bereavement I've be busy and now when returning to life admin I find I've missed the deadline for my Letter Before Claim from Moorside Legal for UKCPS.
Should I still send the stock reply from the Newbie post or should I just wait to see if they actually make a claim? I'm over 2 years into this game and so far all the advice has been to wait so I'm guessing more of the same but from here in stuff gets more spicy and time sensitive.
Additionally what are the deadlines that the companies need to follow for sending out the original letters? I moved around the time I got my fine but I didn't get it until after my redirected mail subscription ran out hence missing the original deadline way back when.

Email it anyway, as part of the standard process, regardless of the time lapse
It will result in an inevitable court claim against you via MCOL, in due course, from the claimant parking company via Moorside Legal, Moorside probably signed up UKCPS last year, hence all the claims
There was no fine, just a private parking charge notice from a private parking company, so an Invoice for the alleged breach of the parking contract on that private property
The parking company has one chance within the first 6 months to obtain keeper details from the DVLA database under their KADOE contract, plus one month to get it delivered ( even if the keeper doesn't live there anymore, its the keepers Legal responsibility to update the dvla with a new address, promptly )
Missing paperwork is no defence to the core claim , nor does the delay matter, definitely not within the 7 month window
